Successfully remove glycol from the ground

Thanks to its powerful vacuum systems and full width nozzle, the CF60 and OF80 excel at liquid recovery of all types. This includes everything from the water, detergent and oil residue arising from aircraft parking stand cleaning to fuel spills and even glycol recovery.

Powerful auxiliary engines with efficient, easy-to-maintain belt-drive systems.

The CF60 and OF80 come as standard with powerful auxiliary engines used to drive the air system, brush system and all other functions via fluid couplings and belt drives. The CF60 is equipped with a 93kw John Deere tier 3, 4 cylinder in-line diesel engine. The OF80 has a larger Cummins 154kw Stage 3a, 6-cylinder in line diesel engine. Belt drives offer greater efficiency than hydraulic systems and ease of maintenance.

Durable, low-vibration fans with automatic cleaning and variable speed control.

Balance fans made from 304 stainless steel are mounted on twin bearings to eliminate vibration and ensure long life. Automatic cleaning devices ensure that the fans remain free of duct accumulation. Fan speeds and infinitely variable.

High-performance sweepgear for fast, efficient full-width cleaning.

The sweepgear has a full width of 3400mm and offers sweepeing speeds of up to 25km/h on the CF60 and 40km/h on the OF80. The sweepgear consists of twin left and right side brushes of diameter 800mm, a centrally mounted full width nozzle (2400mm) with roller brush behind.

Durable stainless-steel body 

The bodies are comprised of hoppers and integrated water tanks all constructed from 4mm thick 304 stainless steel. Tipping angles of 56 degrees and large rear doors with 120 degree opening angles ensure ease of emptying. The engine cowling is constructed from mild steel and lined with frequency matched soundproofing material.

Flexible additional water tank options for extended sweeping operations

As standard, the CF60 is equipped with a 1800 litre water tank integrated into the waste hopper and constructed from 304 stainless steel. The OF80 has the same design but with a high capacity of 2,700 litres.

Additional tanks can be added between the cab and hopper. Difference sizes are available - 2,000 litres, 2,500 litres, and 4,600 litres. 

Multi directional left and right side air blast nozzles

This option provides a means to re-direct the air flow to a pair of rear mounted nozzles (left and right hand side) mounted at the rear of the vehicle. The entire airflow from the fan is then directed at ground level to left and or right side to blow debris off a runway or apron surface. Everything from sand to snow, vegetation, cut grass and even liquid.

Efficient oil and fuel spill removal

Detergent system options for fuel and oil spill removal combined with high pressure water. A front mounted detergent spray bar is used to disperse a water detergent mix. Brush systems are used to scrub and agitate the detergent and contaminant.  Water and vacuum systems are used to power wash and clean away all residue.

In cab control systems

The CF60 and OF80 are CAN-bus controlled allowing for one click and multi step operation modes. The master control panel with 8” touch screen and door controller are robust and compact. Key information is clearly displayed including engine speed, waste level, oil level and operating status. Most critically the CAN system drives a master control box from where conventional wiring, actuators and solenoids control the machine – making fault finding significantly easier than on a full CAN system.
