ONE OH metal belt spreader or ONE OK rubber belt spreader, for medium trucks, suitable for salt, sand or grit. The hopper, fully welded to prevent vibrations, is made in AISI 304 stainless steel, providing load capacity without any deformation.

Metal belt: The feeding system is realized by an AISI 304 stainless steel chain with cross-bars. The chain is guided by toothed pinions that enables a constant traction maintaining a correct translation synchrony, without skidding.

Rubber belt: The feeding system is realized by a double layer natural rubber belt with polyester and nylon core. The traction roller that moves the rubber belt is crowned to avoid side deviations and tried to minimize skidding.

Auger: The feeding system is realized by an auger with variable pitch turn. The bottom of the feeding system is realized by an anti-abrasive rubber to enable the passage of bigger lumps avoiding the auger blockage.

Metal belt feeding system

The feeding system is realized by metal belt an AISI 304 stainless steel with cross-bars. The chain is guided by toothed pinions that enable a constant traction, maintaining a correct translation synchrony, without skidding.

Rubber belt feeding system

The feeding system is realized by a double layer natural rubber belt with polyester and nylon core. The traction roller that moves the rubber belt is crowned to avoid side deviations and tried to minimize skidding.

Roller breaker

The roller breaker enables a continuous material flow from the hopper to the spreading unit, breaking the salt lumps and thereby avoiding an uncontrolled drop. At the exit side of the chain or rubber belt feeding system, a hydraulically driven, transversal counter-rotating roller breaker with stainless steel blades is installed.

Standard Spreading system

The chute is realized in polyethylene HD (high density) with circular shape permitting excellent sliding features at low temperatures. The spreading disc with diameter 470 mm and max. spreading width 8m, is equipped with 6 blades realized in AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion protection.

Premium Spreading system

The chute is realized in polyethylene HD (high density) with circular shape permitting excellent sliding features at low temperatures. The spreading disc with diameter 600 mm and max. spreading width 12m, is equipped with 6 blades realized in AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion protection. Blades are adjustable according to adapt the material distribution to its granulometry.

Hydraulic Driving systems

Throughout the vehicle hydraulic system the features comply with the European Standards EN15431.

Driving through the two-cylinders Diesel or Petrol engine, air cooled.

Automatic demount system

P1: Unloading system with galvanized telescopic feet with crank. Higher front feet for easy loading on vehicles provided with side panels.

P3: Automatic unloading system for tipper, with front rollers and feet fitting into the spreader. Unloading can be made automatically from the driver’s cab.

P4: Hook unloading system complete with slide, protection guard for the vehicle platform and adjustable height rear rollers.

Pre-wetting system

The pre-wetting system is equipped with a volumetric pump directly coupled to the hydraulic motor, which is maintenance free. The Nitrile rotor does not need internal washing (only at the end of the season). Tanks constructed from sturdy and light-weight recyclable polyethylene. Solid/liquid ratio is regulated directly from the control box in the driver’s cabin.

Control unit Ecosat

Latest generation microprocessor control systems for all kind of spreaders, with maximum flexibility in programming and visualizing the different spreading parameters: width, asymmetry and dosage depending on the vehicle speed. Six different tools in all-in-one control box.

 

Ecosat has an integrated GSM/GPRS module (option) which enables operational data transmission. In case of bad coverage (e.g. tunnels) the data are logged and will be transmitted as soon as the connection is back.

 

Ecosat integrates (option) a multi-constellation GNSS receiver which supports GPS or GLONASS improving the localization performance in terms of accuracy, continuity, availability, and reliability.

 

The Ecosat stores daily operational reports and global counters which can be downloaded or printed via serial connection.

 

A serial connection between the infrared sensor and the Ecosat allows automatic changing of the spreading dosage based on the road temperature.

 

The Route-Replay is based on pre-defined geo-referenced spreading parameters settings uploaded on the EcoSat before the operation and used automatically during the mission relying on an enhanced positioning. The driver is guided by means of vocal and visual messages which show the road section already treated as well as the section that still has to be done. It is possible to exit from any pre-set route and re-entry at any point along the section.

 

On spreaders with electrical control of asymmetry, this function provides full control of the direction of spreading. The screen display varies according to the type of asymmetry: with or without feedback. 5 pre-set positions can be selected.

 

In this section of the working area, it is possible to monitor the level material in the tanks, the solid quantity in the hopper and also the fuel level (only for equipment with auxiliary engine).

 

The vehicle speed can be simulated from 5 to 90Km/h in steps of 5. This feature is useful when there is no tachometer connection, when the connection is damaged or when the spreader has to work while the vehicle is not moving.

Alternative control unit EcoTron

The EcoTron control panel unit is characterised by its compact dimensions and high-resolution graphics display. The EcoTron performs sensor-based and monitoring of distance-dependent screw conveyor speeds and pump speeds, and also saves all relevant working data. A serial USB interface port is available for easy exporting of data.
