Designed for effectively cleaning sewers, gullies and drains

The Bucher CombiLine C80's vacuum system is securing jetting/suction/emptying capabilities, which are achieved with the suction hose mounted on the 300 degree rotation boom and the jetting reel at the rear.

The large 8 m³ tank is emptied by opening the end cover and tipping the tank by activating the single, multistage, front mounted tip cylinder.

The Bucher CombiLine C80 is a specialist at work, building on the technology of the Bucher range of sewer cleaning vehicles.

The CAN Bus system is operated with three push-button panels, a remote control, and a display controlling various functions such as boom direction, jetting pump, vacuum pump, jetting reel, inlet valve, lights, tank tilt, end cover open/close, lock for end cover and rear work lights.

One control panel is located at the small jetting reel, one under the shelf, and one at the large jetting reel at the back. The display is located inside the operators cabin.

Gets the job done, at a low cost

The Bucher CombiLine C80 is flexible in operation, simple to use, and fuel efficient.

The fixed partition in the tank allows the vehicle to carry 2 m³ of water for jetting on one side, and 6 m³ of sludge on the other side thus making the daily operation more efficient.

The load-sensing hydraulic drive in the jetting and vacuum pumps delivers only the power needed for each task. This saves fuel and reduces the noise exposure time for the operator.

Automatic operation with the user-friendly controls

Manage all functions needed for the job with the push button panels mounted on the side and rear of the vehicle, and the display at the cabin. You can also operate the boom with the remote control.

Easy unloading

Single, front mounted tipping cylinder, and stainless steel bottom inner liner for easier unloading.The tipping angle is 35 degrees, and the end cover opening is 70 degrees. When the tank is tipped, the Bucher CombiLine reaches a height of 5,411mm.

Mid-inlet and hydraulic

Hydraulically operated boom with 4” hose. Maximum rotation angle of 30 degrees and telescopic extension of 1350 mm. It can be lowered -1420 mm and raised +2872 mm from level position.

Rear suction into sludge compartment

A valve on the rear end cover connects to a pipe going into the top of the tank for suction directly into the tank.
