CL de-icing liquid sprayer for heavy trucks, able to spread different liquid solutions. Symmetrical and asymmetrical spraying possibility. Manufactured in recyclable polyethylene modular tanks.

Modular tanks are made from rotationally molded recyclable polyethylene, designed to create a strong yet flexible structure. This allows easy assembly onto the vehicle chassis without restricting its natural elasticity.


The low centre of gravity and internal baffles within the individual tanks ensure safe driving under any load condition, even on rough terrain.

Reinforced high strength steel chain, 720mm width, and 14,000kg (137,400 N) yield load.

Designed to prevent the 'bridge effect,' it ensures consistent feeding of materials regardless of granularity, humidity, or temperature. Equipped with fully stainless steel bearings for durability

The chain is guided by toothed pinions at both ends, with two pinions connected to a shaft driven by a gearbox that delivers high torque and maintains precise synchronization during feeding. This toothed pinion drive system ensures smooth, consistent feeding without side deviations or slipping

The low rotation speed reduces stress on the mechanical components of the chain feeding system and minimizes abrasion on the hopper bottom, resulting in less frequent maintenance. Consequently, the chain requires minimal upkeep and does not need lubrication, reflecting a ‘built to last’ design philosophy.

The hopper is fully welded to prevent issues caused by vibrations during operation. Continuous welding ensures complete tightness, even with fine-grained salt. Additionally, the hopper walls are reinforced with ribs for maximum strength and durability.

In the event of hydraulic system failure, the arms can be manually folded or opened.


A mechanical lifting and safety system prevents the spreading device from dropping if the hydraulic system fails. The mechanical safety foldable arms lock securely in the transfer position.


A control valve installed on the rotation cylinder allows the arm to retract safely in case of impact. Additionally, the system includes a hydraulic fluid cooling device and a switch to prevent operation at low fluid levels

Spreading system

The system features nine spraying ramps—three on the right, three on the left, and three in the center—with a total of twenty-seven nozzles controlled by electro-valves, allowing spraying up to a maximum width of 10.5 metres.
As an option, six additional nozzles (three on each side) can be added, extending the maximum spraying width to 17.5 metres.

Automatic demount system

Demount system featuring galvanized telescopic feet with a crank. The higher front feet, equipped with side panels, facilitate easy loading onto vehicles.
An automatic demount system for tippers includes front rollers and feet that fit securely into the spreader, allowing unloading to be controlled directly from the driver’s cab.
The hook-lift demount system comes complete with slides, a protective guard for the vehicle platform, and adjustable height rollers for added flexibility.
