Designed to make cleaning of gullies efficient and effective

The Bucher CombiLine C80 gully vacuum system is securing jetting/suction/emptying capabilities, which are achieved with the suction hose mounted on the 300 degree rotation boom and the jetting reel at the rear.

The large 8m3 tank is emptied by opening the end cover and tipping the tank by activating the single, multistage, front mounted ram.

The CombiLine C80 gully is a specialist at work, building on the technology of the Bucher range of sewer cleaning vehicles.

The CAN Bus system is operated with three push-button panels and a display, controlling various functions such as boom direction, jetting pump, vacuum pump, inlet valve, lights, tank tilt, end cover open/close, lock for end cover and rear work lights.

One panel is located at the boom handle, one under the shelf, and one at the rear jetting reel. The display is located inside the operators cabin.

The new Bucher CombiLine C80 gully is fuel efficient, focused and flexible.

The fixed partition in the tank allows the vehicle to carry clean water for jetting on one side, and sludge on the other side thus making the daily operation more efficient. Two available positions for the fixed partition are available to choose from to get the water/sludge volume configuration needed

The load-sensing hydraulic drive in the jetting and vacuum pumps delivers only the power needed for each task. This saves fuel and reduces the noise exposure time for the operator.

Automatic operation with the user-friendly control panels

Manage all functions needed for the job with the push button panels mounted on the boom, under the shelf, at the rear jetting reel and at the cabin. This provides a more intuitive way to operate the Bucher GullyFlex.

Easy unloading

Single, front mounted tipping cylinder, and stainless steel bottom inner liner for easier unloading. The tipping angle is 35 degrees, and the end cover opening is 70 degrees. When the tank is tipped, the GullyFlex reaches a height of 5,411mm.

Simple and cost effective

The operation of the boom is manual with hydraulic balancing system and pneumatic pivot lock. The boom has a 5” hose and reaches -1200mm down and +1800mm up from level position and has a 300-degree rotation.

Mobile handwashing facility

Meet occupational health and safety requirements with the mobile hand wash facility. Operators can keep their hands clean during a working day by washing them with either cold or warm water.
