What the job involves: 

  • You will be responsible for all Service Centre Compliance & Calibration, maintain accurate records and review the compliance matrix with the Regional Service Centres Management to ensure a robust and safe working environment.
  • To maintain accurate compliance spreadsheets and files, actioning tasks and schedules as and when required for all projects and equipment maintenance.
  • To chair compliance meetings at each service centre.
  • To support day to day engineer iPad issues & support Service specific software (Praxedo, Alcumus, iHasco, Human Focus SharePoint).  To create, maintain and develop KPI's for the Aftersales Department from data out of Praxedo and 1ERP.
  • To support Regional Branch Managers with housekeeping/infrastructure/building maintenance, health & safety and other key disciplines i.e Parts projects and Service Centre layouts.
  • To create and maintain Health & Safety meetings four times per year and records, introduce all Company initiatives and work closely with Health & Safety Advisor, Quality Management Systems & Service Centre Management.
  • To support UK Service process development, maintain quality documentation i.e risk assessments & COSHH, implementation and compliance.
