Ventspils mechanical engineering company Bucher Municipal SIA with more than 350 employees invites you to join fantastic team! In Ventspils production plant approximately 1,000 street cleaning machines per year are produced.

Main responsibilities:

• monitor the execution of short-term production plans in the SAP system;
• make adjustments based on the actual assembly process;
• collaborate with engineers and warehouse specialists to allocate materials to the appropriate workstations;
• prepare, print, and dynamically review production orders in SAP, deliver them to the assembly line;
• adapt the production plan in case of technical changes;
• after completing production orders, verify and close data in SAP;
• control costs and monitor material balances within production orders;
• prepare documentation related to production planning;
• actively support, collaborate, and communicate with various departments across the company.

Requirements:

• higher education (final-year students may also apply);
• experience in handling data or operational processes is an advantage;
• strong digital skills (MS Office, SAP);
• well-developed analytical thinking;
• solid verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English (for cooperation with company group colleagues);
• communication and intercultural competence;
• structured approach to work organization;
• ability to work independently and high self-motivation;
• capability to perform in a dynamic environment.
