Parts Sales Manager

Our new Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable growth in the sale of all Bucher Municipal parts in the market. Acting as an ambassador for Bucher Municipal and personally manage relationships with key customers.  Through management and leadership of the Parts Sales teams ensure prompt response to all requests to maintain a satisfied end user customer base.  Proactively seek ways to deliver exceptional customer service and identify marketing ideas and innovations to deliver increased customer parts sales.

You will be required to develop parts sales business by generating marketing initiatives to increase parts sales and lead the parts team across all BMUK locations ensuring they supply a helpful, quick and efficient spare parts service to all customers.

A strong team leader with the ability to motivate staff, excellent communicator at all levels, commercially astute & customer centric and a competent negotiator with the ability to resolve conflict are all essential requirements for this role.
